Shipping policy

At SECONDSPRING OPC , we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and with care. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Where We Ship

  • Currently, we deliver throughout Metro Manila. We’re working hard to expand our shipping areas and plan to offer nationwide delivery in the new year. Stay tuned for updates!

Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 12:00 noon (Monday to Friday) are typically processed and shipped within 24hrs.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro Manila: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by weather disruptions or courier delays.

Shipping Fees

  • Metro Manila: ₱99
  • FREE shipping for orders ₱2,500 and above!

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your package in real-time via our courier partner’s website.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support at orders@secondspringph.com with your Order ID.

We have photos and video of your order being picked, packed and collected by our courier.

Undeliverable Packages

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us. We’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional fees may apply).
