We want you to feel confident about every purchase with SECONDSPRING OPC . If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of our products (nutritional supplements), we can only accept returns if:

  • The item was received damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item

All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Approved returns may be refunded in the following ways:

  • Replacement product (default option)
  • Store credit for future purchases
  • Cash refund, if applicable (to the original payment method)

Please note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, opened products, or shipping delays caused by the courier.

How do I request a return or refund?

Email us at orders@secondspringph.com with:

  • Your Order ID
  • A clear photo of the item received
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 1–2 business days.

If approved, we’ll coordinate the return pickup and/or replacement delivery at no cost to you.

Important Notes

  • Returned items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
