Shipping Policy

At SecondSpring, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and with care. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all major cities and provinces across the Philippines.
We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 noon (Monday to Friday) are typically processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
  • NO DELIVERY OUTSIDE Metro Manila
    Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by weather disruptions or courier delays.

 

Shipping Fees

  • Metro Manila: FREE shipping
  • Provincial Areas: NO SHIPPING ATM

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your package in real-time via our courier partner’s website.

 

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support at info@secondspringph.com with your Order ID.

 

Undeliverable Packages

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us. We’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional fees may apply).
